First of all, I would like to begin by highlighting how committed and motivated I am in ensuring that this project is a success. Through my attainment of numerous badges, I am also very ethical in my method of the experiment; thus, I believe that I am the perfect candidate for this project.

In my hypothesis, I believe that as the number of wires increase, so will the voltage of the batteries; however, this will only be the case to a certain extent. This is because the battery doesn’t exceed 5 volts; therefore, it cannot cause harm to the other students, nor can it create a safety hazard.

In the methodology, after all the equipment was gathered, the powerpack was then firstly attached to the plug socket but was not turned on due to safety reasons. Then the A.C and D.C wires were inserted into their respective sockets and the crocodile clips were attached to several other wires. The wires coiled around a metal bolt whereby turning it on allowed it to attract the paper clips off the counter.

This experiment is very significant as places, such as scrapyards, use the aforementioned experiment to increase the efficiency of their work. Consequently, this experiment can be used to help people to save time as well as money, through reducing the number of heavy machinery needed to carry out processes.
